Sales & Marketing

PGF Technology Group is looking for an organized Sales and Marketing person to assist in the advertising and selling of our company’s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry by creating a comprehensive marketing plan.  Sales and Marketing’s responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails programs, social media activities and promotional literature.   develop pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales objectives.
 

  1. Responsibilities
    • Promoting the company’s existing brand and introducing new products to the market.
    • Creating and maintaining the company social media presence.
    • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer’s requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
    • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
    • Implementing new sales plans and marketing programs
    • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
    • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

     

  2. Knowledge/Education
    • BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Knowledge of Printed Circuit Board and Cable Assemblies is a plus

Sales Executive

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position is for the individual who has extensive experience in the Electronic Service Provider (EMS) of Printed Circuit Board Assembly.  The sales executive should have extensive contact in the industry and ability to grow sales at PGF.

 

  1. Responsibilities
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through, networking and social media
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

     

  2. Knowledge/Education
    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
    • Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in the Electronic Service of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly with proven record of achievable sales and business growth.

Sales Assistant/Purchasing Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced account manager / Sales Assistant / Purchasing Coordinator.  Sales Assistant acts as an extension of the sales team by assisting with maintaining existing customer relationships, responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.  Assist the purchasing department in gathering information and help in overflow purchasing activities.

 

  1. Responsibilities:
    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Quotations, job costing, and sales order entry
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Work closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality departments
    • Problem solving and friendly customer service response

     

  2. Knowledge/Education
    • Associates Degree (preferred) of minimum of 2+ years sales experience
    • Knowledge of Quality Standards (IPC610, IPC620, ISO9001) is a plus
    • Knowledge in Epicor ERP system is a huge plus version 10.xxx

Sales Manager

PGF Technology Group is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. The Sales Manager will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals and setting individual sales targets.
 

  1. Responsibilities
    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
    • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
    • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
    • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.

Cable Supervisor

We are looking for a Cable Supervisor to support and lead our Cable Harness Team. Ability to work from diagrams and drawings, make initial layouts, and use hand and/or power tools.

 

  1. Responsibilities:
    • Perform production assembly operations on cable assemblies.
    • Soldering and crimping with a variety of methods.
    • May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
    • May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test production or prototype assemblies and sub-assemblies according to specifications.
    • Expected to read and comprehend assembly parts lists, assembly drawings and any related reference documentation.
    • Builds in accordance with IPC620 quality standards.
    • Troubleshooting of process parameters to improve yield.

     

  2. Knowledge/Education
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • IPC620 Certified is a plus

     

  3. Skills
    • Strong leadership skills and a team builder
    • Strong mechanical build experience accurately reading and interpreting written work instruction, drawings, sketches, and wiring diagrams.
    • Experienced with working with hand tools used in the assembly of cables and sub-assemblies
    • Knowledge of cable termination including familiarity with crimping specifications and use of both automated and hand crimping tools
    • Use of manual and automatic wire strippers.

     

  4. Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with cable assembly or wire harness
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
    • Understanding of IPC620

    • $38,000 – $50,000 a year based on experience

Team Leader: Wire Processing, Cables, and Harness Assembly

A team leader position requires product knowledge as well as managing other members of a team.  We are looking for a high energy team player with a positive attitude individual to communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team members.

 

  1. Responsibilities:
    • Ensure that all products built are of the highest quality.
    • Oversee day to day operations, delegate task and set deadlines.
    • Manage production schedules given and advise any obstacles to meeting these goals.
    • Instruct employees on proper techniques and workmanship standards.
    • Oversee Job setup and FAI.
    • Ensure that time standards for each operation are being met.
    • Recommend new ways to improve quality and efficiency.
    • Monitor performance and report metrics.
    • Oversee area cleanliness and maintain all tooling required.

     

  2. Knowledge/ Education
    • Associate Degree in Electronics or related industry experience
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Office Assistant

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative and accounting operations of the company. You will be working on a variety of office support tasks and able to work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, creating reports, special projects, Payroll responsibilities, and other organizational tasks. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

 

  1. Responsibilities:
    • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
    • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
    • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
    • Handling tasks such as A/P and A/R entry and support
    • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
    • Some financial responsibilities, bank reconciliations and others
