Sales Executive

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position is for the individual who has extensive experience in the Electronic Service Provider (EMS) of Printed Circuit Board Assembly.  The sales executive should have extensive contact in the industry and the ability to grow sales at PGF.

 

    1. Responsibilities
      • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
      • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through, networking and social media
      • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
      • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
      • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
      • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
      • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
      • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
      • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

 

    1. Knowledge/Education
      • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
      • Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in the Electronic Service of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assembly with a proven record of achievable sales and business growth.

 

    1. Skills
      • Excellent communication skills and feels comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone, and in person.
      • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
      • Fast learner and passion for sales

      • Experience in Cable, Wire Harness, and PCB Assembly is a must.

    • $90,000 to $120,000 + Package + Bonus + Commission.  Based on Ability to grow sales

Sales Assistant/Purchasing Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced account manager / Sales Assistant / Purchasing Coordinator.  Sales Assistant acts as an extension of the sales team by maintaining existing customer relationships. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.  Assist the purchasing department in gathering information and help in overflow purchasing activities.

 

    1. Responsibilities:
      • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
      • Quotations, job costing, and sales order entry
      • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
      • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
      • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
      • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
      • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
      • Work closely with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality departments
      • Problem-solving and friendly customer service response

 

    1. Knowledge/Education
      • Associates Degree (preferred) of a minimum of 2+ years sales experience
      • Knowledge of Quality Standards (IPC610, IPC620, ISO9001) is a plus
      • Knowledge in Epicor ERP system is a substantial plus version 10. xxx

Sales Manager

PGF Technology Group is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. The Sales Manager will manage organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals and setting individual sales targets.

    1. Responsibilities
      • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
      • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
      • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
      • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
      • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
      • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
      • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.

Cable Supervisor

We are looking for a Cable Supervisor to support and lead our Cable Harness Team. Ability to work from diagrams and drawings, make initial layouts, and use hand and power tools.

 

    1. Responsibilities:
      • Perform production assembly operations on cable assemblies.
      • Soldering and crimping with a variety of methods.
      • May conduct quality inspections on the processing line by quality specifications.
      • May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test production or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications.
      • Expected to read and comprehend assembly parts lists, assembly drawings, and any related reference documentation.
      • Builds per IPC620 quality standards.
      • Troubleshooting of process parameters to improve yield.

 

    1. Knowledge/Education
      • High School Diploma or Equivalent
      • IPC620 Certified is a plus

 

    1. Skills
      • Strong leadership skills and a team builder
      • Strong mechanical build experience accurately reading and interpreting written work instruction, drawings, sketches, and wiring diagrams.
      • Experienced with working with hand tools used in the assembly of cables and sub-assemblies
      • Knowledge of cable termination, including familiarity with crimping specifications and use of both automated and hand crimping tools
      • Use of manual and automatic wire strippers.

 

    1. Experience
      • Minimum of 3 years experience with cable assembly or wire harness
      • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role
      • Understanding of IPC620

Team Leader: Wire Processing, Cables, and Harness Assembly

A team leader position requires product knowledge as well as managing other members of a team.  We are looking for a high-energy team player with a positive attitude to communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team members.

 

    1. Responsibilities:
      • Ensure that all products built are of the highest quality.
      • Oversee day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, and set deadlines.
      • Manage production schedules given and advise any obstacles to meeting these goals.
      • Instruct employees on proper techniques and quality standards.
      • Oversee Job setup and FAI.
      • Ensure that time standards for each operation are being met.
      • Recommend new ways to improve quality and efficiency.
      • Monitor performance and report metrics.
      • Oversee area cleanliness and maintain all tooling required.

 

    1. Knowledge/ Education
      • Associate Degree in Electronics or related industry experience
      • High School Diploma or Equivalent

 

    1. Skills/Experience
      • Minimum 2 years experience managing 2 to 5 personnel
      • The ability to read, understand and deconstruct an assembly to be manufactured.
      • Job Traveler, Bill of Material documentation knowledge

Manufacturing Engineer

PGF Technology Group is an electronic manufacturing service provider for the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards, Cables, Harnesses, and more.  We are looking for a manufacturing engineer to help design and layout a manufacturing process for all electronic and cable assembly.

 

 

  1. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
  • Generates work instructions for production processes.
  • Maximizes efficiency by analyzing equipment layout, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization.
  • Determines the parts, equipment, and tools needed to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications.
  • Works on projects to connect with customers on design and requirements specifications.
  • Leads a team designing best manufacturing practices.
  • Maintains responsibility for the FAA, meeting customer requirements, and processing analytics and measurables.
  • Utilizes problem-solving techniques with attention to detail and friendly customer service.
  • Collaborates with quality and production team members to achieve the best results.
  • Calculates labor, material, and other production costs.

 

  1. Knowledge/Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related fields).
  • Minimum of 2+ years in manufacturing processes.
