Sales Manager

PGF Technology Group is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. The Sales Manager will manage organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals and setting individual sales targets.


      • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
      • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
      • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.
      • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
      • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
      • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
      • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.



      • BS/MS degree in marketing or business administration
      • Knowledge of Epicor ERP is a plus



      • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Creating and implementing a sales plan
      • Analyzing sales data
      • Presentation skills



      • Two to three years of experience as sales manager
      • Three to five years of sales experience
      • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
      • Experience in customer relationship management.



Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager with prior experience to drive quality management system adherence and improvement.  A successful candidate will provide technical and professional quality assurance support throughout the organization by creating an environment of continuous improvement.



  • Write and critique QMS documentation pertaining to ISO9001, ISO13485, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Quality management representative to own the entirety of the QMS, leading internal and external QMS and notified body audits.
  • Establish, track, and drive improvement to all business KPIs.
  • Monitor and maintain all product tests, test records, and processes to improve any deficiencies or inefficiencies.
  • Lead supplier, internal, and customer quality concerns from inception through completion.
  • Manage employee training documentation, gaps, and requirements.
  • Drive customer satisfaction.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • IPC-610 and IPC-620 Certification are a plus.



  • 3-5 years of direct experience with quality management systems (ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949 preferred).
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of IPC-610 and IPC-620 workmanship standards is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, especially using MS Office products.



  • This role is based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.
